healthy, easy, and delicious: homemade apple-berry ‘soda’
what you need:
- a juicer
- 2 1/2 cups raspberries
- 1 1/2 cup blackberries
- 1-2 medium apples (i core mine before, but i don’t know if you have to)
- 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
- 1 750 mL bottle of perrier (or other plain sparkling water)
how to do it:
- juice the fruit and add the juices together
- add in sugar
- place in pitcher, and mix in ice-cold sparkling water.
makes approximately 1 1/2 liters of soda
